  • 100% Handmade: Every step of this ribbon is processed by hand, including dyeing, tearing into ribbons, fraying, and pressing.
  • Variety of Use: Silk ribbons can be used as wedding bouquet streamers for bouquet decoration, stationary, newborn and details photography styling, gift wrapping, etc.

  • Every step of this ribbon is handmade, including dyeing, tearing into ribbons, and fraying. The hand-frayed ribbon ensures the softest edge.
  • Silk ribbons can be used as wedding bouquet streamers for bouquet decoration, invitations, backdrop decorations, stationary, newborn and detailed photography styling, gift wrapping, etc.
  • Due to all these being handmade, small imperfections, pigment marks, and variations along the length may be visible. Anyways it gives the product an adorable natural look.

      Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
      • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. 
      • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
      • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
      • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

      RETURNS 

      • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
      • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
      • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
      • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
      • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

      EXCHANGES

      • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
      • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
      • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

      REPLACEMENTS

      • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
      • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.

      Very disappointed and they make it impossible to return
