Package: The bridal flower package contains 18 items.
① Bridal Bouquet x1
15" wide, attached with 4 ribbons (approx. 1.5" W x 5ft L, and 2.25" W x 3.25ft L) including navy blue and burgundy.
② Bridesmaid Bouquet x4
9" maid of honor bouquet x1, 7" bridesmaid bouquet x3, attached with navy blue and burgundy ribbons.
③ Wrist Corsage x6
Each approx. 5.75" dia.
④ Boutonniere x6
2.7" W x 4.7" H, including 1 burgundy for the groom and 5 navy blue for the groomsmen.
⑤Box of Rose Petals x1
200 pcs. They are hand-fired and each of them is approx. 1.5-2 inches.

The large flower swag design straightens measures 33" long, the flower part is about 17" long, small flower tie measures 10" L x 5" W.
②Pew Flower x8
The pew flower approx. 5" diameter, vines drape length 13", chiffon fabric drapes length 30".
③Arch Flower x2, Drapery Panel x3
- 1 Large corner flower: 6ft L x 1ft W, the flower part 35" L x 17" W.
- 1 Tie-back flower: 3ft L x 1ft W, the flower part 19" L x 9" W.
- 3 Polyester drapes: each drape is 33ft L x 2.5ft W.
- Suitable size for arch: 5ft x 6ft arch and 6ft x 9ft arch (as photo shown).

We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.
If you find any item(s) missing or wrongly sent, please report the issue to our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your package.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
