PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Size: The petite rose is 2 inches wide and the rosebud is approx. 1.5 inches, attached with an 8" wire stem.
- Material: High-quality foam rose, thin wire stems wrapped with green floral tape.
- Package: 13 stems of petite roses and 12 stems of rosebuds, 4 units of complimentary rose leaves.
NOTE: The faux foam flowers are handmade, please understand that it's possible that the flowers might have finger traces left on the flower petals slightly, there also might be a few color differences between different dye lots. If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will respond within 1 business day.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
