- Material: High-Quality PU artificial Anthurium and the stems are made of iron wire wrapped with green floral tape.
- NOTE: We use high-quality cartons as packaging, there may be a slight squeeze, and just gently rubbing will be restored them to their original shape, for severe deformation of the flowers, you can spray some water and gently blow them back to their original shape.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
