Flower Sign Decor is designed on a flexible base and green reusable releasable adjustable cable zip ties and metal clip attached for easy tying to any wedding sign, chair back, etc.

PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Package: Flower swags x1 + cable zip tie x2 + metal clip x2 does not include a wooden sign and sign stand.
- Size: The flower swag design straightens measures 20" long x 10" wide (the center flower part is 13" long x 10' wide.)
- Ready to Use: Pre-made flowers, opened the box easy to work, designed on a flexible base (which also has iron wires inside the plastic stems for bending a suitable modeling easily), and releasable adjustable green cable zip ties and metal clip attached for easy tieing to any wedding sign.
- Note: The flowers may bend a bit due to shipping and packing, please softly knead the petals to help recover the shape.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
