  • Package: Standard Centerpiece with Vase x2, Medium Centerpiece with Vase x2, Place Card Holder x2.
  • Size:
    • Medium Centerpiece: Total approx. 7.5" wide by 7" high (the floral 3.75" high, the vase 3.25" high).
    • Standard Centerpiece: Total approx. 3.5" wide by 4.25" high (the floral 2.25" high, the vase 2" high).
    • Place Card Holder: Total approx. 10" long.
  • Material:
    • The centerpiece is a merge of beautiful foam/silk flowers, a variety of greeneries, and filler flowers. Austin rose, Ipomoea, Consolida ajacis, hydrangea, and pearl pick accent the centerpiece for a soft and romantic feel.
    • Earth paper vase: makes use of paper and stone powder material, making us nearer to nature and protecting the environment. This special craft is hard as glass, but also brittle. Please use it gently.
Bonus: Non-Marking tape comes with the centerpiece, which is used to fix the vase on the table, table runner, or tablecloth in case the strong wind blows the centerpiece down outdoors.

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS 

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.

  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

REPLACEMENTS

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
