The whole floral piece measures approx. 22" across by 13 1/2" tall, and the stand diameter is 6.5".

- Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.
- Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might change your flowers’ color and shape. Store your flowers in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for the aisle.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
