    • Package: Bridesmaid bouquet x6, dusty rose, and white chiffon ribbon card x1. 
    • Size: Each bridesmaid bouquet is approx. 11" W x 7" H. Each bouquet comes with 1 dusty rose chiffon ribbon and 1 white chiffon ribbon, which are tied in 1 separate card.
    • Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam flowers and silk greenery.
      • Silk flowers include dusty rose Austin rose, white daisy, etc.
      • Foam flowers include dusty rose rose, cream rose, blush rose, etc.
      • Accessories include mimosa, eucalyptus leaves, silk butterfly, etc.
    • Note:
      • These foam flowers are handmade. Please understand that the size may vary slightly and there may be a slight color difference between different dye lots. There may be a little deformity during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flowers to recover their shape after receiving them.
      • Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and other weather conditions might change the flowers’ color and shape.

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. 
  • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
  • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS 

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

REPLACEMENTS

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.

Cute! Money savings too!

Recently purchased these for my wedding. I did this well in advance because I was worried about them not looking good if they weren't real. However, they are very cute. Once I fluffed them out some they will work well! I do think the hanging greens look pretty plastic though. Not much like the photo but it is still cute. I am though currently in touch as one bouquet seems to have been damaged in sending. I think it will go well though as so far everything has been nice!
