- Size: Each bridesmaid bouquet is approx. 11" W x 7" H. Each bouquet comes with 1 dusty rose chiffon ribbon and 1 white chiffon ribbon, which are tied in 1 separate card.
- Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam flowers and silk greenery.
- Silk flowers include dusty rose Austin rose, white daisy, etc.
- Foam flowers include dusty rose rose, cream rose, blush rose, etc.
- Accessories include mimosa, eucalyptus leaves, silk butterfly, etc.
- Note:
- These foam flowers are handmade. Please understand that the size may vary slightly and there may be a slight color difference between different dye lots. There may be a little deformity during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flowers to recover their shape after receiving them.
- Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and other weather conditions might change the flowers’ color and shape.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

If you find any item(s) missing or wrongly sent, please report the issue to our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your package.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
