PACKAGE DETAILS: 

  • Package: Bridesmaid bouquet x1 (approx. 7" wide by 13" tall). The bouquet is attached with a powder blue chiffon ribbon and a navy blue chiffon ribbon. The ribbons' size is approximately 1.5" wide and 3.25ft long. There are a total of 2 ribbons pre-bound on the card.
  • Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam flowers and silk greenery.
    • Silk flowers include navy blue Escimo rose, dusty rose Escimo rose, Nude Vendela rose, white Vendela rose, white Phalaenopsis, and ivory cladding ranunculus.
    • Foam flowers include navy blue rose, navy blue petite rose, ivory rose, dusty rose, nude petite rose, and nude rosebud.
    • Decorated with dusty miller leaves, pearl floral pick, and Sapphire floral pick.
  • Note:
    • There might be a little deform during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flower to recover its shape after receiving it.
    • Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and other weather conditions might change the flowers’ color and shape.

    Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
    • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. 
    • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
    • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
    • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

    RETURNS 

    • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
    • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
    • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
    • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
    • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

    EXCHANGES

    • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
    • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
    • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

    REPLACEMENTS

    • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
    • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
