EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

Clean: Dust lightly 3-5 days before use.
Adjust: Bend the wire stem by hand to achieve your desired angle.
