PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Materials: The sample box is mainly made of foam/silk flowers and silk/plastic greenery.
- Size Guide: Each sample box can make a 7" bouquet.
- Stems Include: Cream silk Vendela rose x1, white silk iceberg rose x1, white silk viburnum x2, white foam rose x2, white foam avalanche rose x2, dusty rose foam rose x5, petal pink rose x3.
- Included Accessories: Silver dollar eucalyptus leaf x2, Italian Ruscus leaf x7, white pearl cluster x1.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
