RETURNS 

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.

  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.

REPLACEMENTS

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.

took a chance and ordered this bouquet. Extremely disappointed and don't know if it can be rectified. The gold pieces in the bouquet make it look cheap and the placement of the flowers unacceptable. I had read both positive and negative reviews on this company. My daughter will see the bouquet next week and we will decide if we will order anything else from this collection. its really too bad because it looked perfect for her New Years Eve wedding.
