  • Note: The flowers might bend a bit due to shipping and packing, please softly knead the petals to help recover the shape.

PACKAGE DETAILS:

  • Package: Flower arrangement x2, cable zip tie x3, metal clip x3. (Not including wooden sign & stand.)
  • Size: The large flower swag design measures about 15"-20" long and 7" wide, the small flower tie measures 7" long and 5" wide. They are purely handmade and may have size errors.
  • Material: Handcrafted with foam and silk artificial flowers. Mainly include red velvet rose, tawny beige 3" foam rose", burgundy 3" foam rose, pearlite white 3" foam rose, red berry stems, snow pine needle-point leaf, shimmer white poinsettia, snow pinecone for red Christmas decoration. It comes with cable zip ties and metal clips.

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. 
  • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
  • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

RETURNS 

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
