- Package: Bridesmaid bouquet x1 (approx. 7" wide by 13" tall). The bouquet is attached with a powder blue chiffon ribbon and a navy blue chiffon ribbon. The ribbons' size is approximately 1.5" wide and 3.25ft long. There are a total of 2 ribbons pre-bound on the card.
- Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam flowers and silk greenery.
- Silk flowers include navy blue Escimo rose, dusty rose Escimo rose, Nude Vendela rose, white Vendela rose, white Phalaenopsis, and ivory cladding ranunculus.
- Foam flowers include navy blue rose, navy blue petite rose, ivory rose, dusty rose, nude petite rose, and nude rosebud.
- Decorated with dusty miller leaves, pearl floral pick, and Sapphire floral pick.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
