- Material: The flower arrangements are handmade with artificial dusty rose, white, cream, blush, and pink roses, small rosebud, avalanche rose, dahlia, gardenia, and peony flower with assorted white and pink filler flowers and greeneries matching composition.
- READY TO USE: Designed on a flexible base, which easily fits for a straight, curved, circle, angled, or hexagon arch display, and can be re-used to hang onto walls for home decoration.
- Note: The flowers may bend a bit due to shipping and packing, please softly knead the petals to help recover the shape.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
