How To Make Pampas Grass Wall Decor Step 1. Nail in Your Hooks & Hang the Floral Foam Attach one of your non-marking hooks to the wall and hang the frame of one of the floral foam blocks. Step 2. Attach the Rest to Create a Foundation Arrange the rest of the floral foam blocks the same way, creating the layout for your wall decor as you go. Try adding 2 on one side and 3 on the other - asymmetrical arrangements are always more pleasing to the eye! Step 3. Start Adding the Pampas Grass Begin inserting the pampas grass directly into the floral foam, making sure it blooms out in all directions.
