Stephanie & Seth's Warm Fall Sunset Terracotta Wedding

Fall isn’t just about the changing leaves and spiced treats. It’s also a wonderful time to have a wedding! You simply can’t beat the crisp air or picturesque backdrop of fall colors. With this beautiful season just around the corner, now’s the perfect time to find inspiration for your dream autumn color scheme.

From mossy green to auburn, there are many rich and natural colors to compliment a fall affair. But today, we’ll be exploring one of the most popular colors of the season, terracotta. It’s a color loved by many brides-to-be, and it’s easy to see why. This color practically melts into the season bringing with it an air of warmth and sophistication.

We’ll be looking at Ling’s Moment couple, Stephanie and Seth, to draw inspiration and show you how to effortlessly use the same decor to inspire your terracotta wedding ideas

Stephanie and Seth celebrated their nuptials with a beautiful wedding with family and friends. The couple’s wedding and reception featured an inviting terracotta color scheme with touches of navy blue, mauve, red, and marigold.

Let’s see exactly where they showcased this stunning color and get some terracotta inspiration for a wedding.

The Wedding Party

The flower bouquets Stephanie and her bridesmaids carried displayed a lovely arrangement of roses in terracotta, navy, white, and mauve with greenery. They seamlessly tied in with the bride’s white gown and the mix-match bridesmaid’s dresses.

The Decor

Stephanie and Seth held their quaint sunset wedding at an outdoor venue surrounded by the beauty of nature. To create a romantic setting, the couple decorated their outdoor ceremony with richly colored flowers and decor by Ling’s Moment. Let’s see how!

As guests arrived, they were welcomed with bouquets of terracotta and white flowers in rustic  mason jars. They also decorated the venue with DIY pew flowers made of  foam roses and lush greenery that complimented their wedding palette.

With a beautiful backdrop of trees, the two were married under a ceremony altar decorated with gorgeous drapes and a large garland with a mix of vibrant flowers. To achieve the same look, adorn your wedding altar and other photo-worthy areas with sheer drapes and finish it with one of our many fall-inspired garlands.
