PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Size: Set of 2 pre-made flower arrangements. The whole floral piece measures approx. 13.5" across by 22" tall, and the stand diameter is 6.5".
- Materials: The flower arrangement is made with realistic silk and foam flowers in ivory, cream, burnt orange, amber, burgundy foam rose, burgundy, cream, amber avalanche rose, and burnt orange dahlia accent a few filler flowers, branches, eucalyptus willow greenery, and baby's breath.
- Cost-Effective: The flower arrangement is made with realistic silk and foam flowers, the best alternative to expensive fresh flowers and greeneries, they will stay and look beautiful all day, not wilting and turning brown, while its budget is just 50% or less of the fresh flower. They could be good decorations for your home after your event.
- Note: The flowers may bend a bit due to shipping and packing, please softly knead the petals to help recover the shape.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
