- Set of 4: Bridesmaid bouquet x4 and ribbon card x2.
- Set of 1: Bridesmaid bouquet x1 and ribbon card x1.
- Size: Each bridesmaid bouquet is approx. 7" W x 13" H. The ribbons: 1.5" W x 5ft L for the beige and terracotta.
- Material: Made of high-quality silk/foam flowers and silk greenery.
- Silk flowers include Dark Coffee brown rose, Champagne Peony, autumn yellow rose, Champagne rose, Shallow autumn yellow Vendela rose, and warm autumn yellow Vendela rose.
- Foam flowers include linen rose, amber rose, and beige rose.
- Accessories include orange Bean leaves, Pomelo leaves, light orange palm, Champagne pampas grass, orange Banyan leaves, beige Dandelion, and Dried pine cone branches.
- Notes:
- These foam flowers are handmade. Please understand that the size may vary slightly and there might be a slight color difference between different dye lots. There might be a little deformity during handling, storing, and transportation. Please adjust the flowers to recover their shape after receiving them.
- Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and other weather conditions might change the flowers’ color and shape.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.

If you find any item(s) missing or wrongly sent, please report the issue to our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your package.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
