PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Size & Package: 1 garland approx. 6ft (1.8m) long. Available package: 1pc or 2 pcs.
- Material: The artificial garland is made of environment-friendly silk and plastic, they have a wire rod inner for support and it is lifelike and durable.
- Faux garland is waterproof and outdoor UV resistant. So it can keep a fresh look outdoor or indoors. Dress up this garland with silk flowers to sit over the edge of a table or sign.
- Handmade item artificial vine leaves look like real preserved eucalyptus garland but won't wilt, fade, or get easily damaged. Each leaf is hand-assembled and you can pop them right back on if some of the leaves fall.
- Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
