How to DIY Wedding Compote Centerpiece

While blush blooms don't typically calls out for autumn, they certainly do the trick when paired with fall-hued foliages. We love how the centerpiece nicely strikes a balance between a dose of whimsy and a romantic vibe. Keep on reading on how to make this one!

What you will need

  • 1 box of Hepburn Pink flowers
  • 1/2 of the 4.43 FT rose vine
  • 5.5-inch French urn vessel
  •  wire cutters
  •  floral foam

Step 1  Trim the floral foam to make it fit properly inside the French urn. Create the base of your centerpiece with greens.

Step 2  We used rose vines in this example. After cutting the vines at different lengths, you may loosely insert the shorter stems in the middle, and the longer ones around the sides to let them extend outward.

Step 3  With the greenery base built, you may add your chosen focal flowers and layer them on different angles. The blush garden roses here express a romantic look.

Step 4  Fill in other small flowers and accents into the foam for more texture and dimension. The black baccara hydrangeas add a bit of whimsical feel.

Step 5  Rotate the vessel as you proceed to arrange the centerpiece to make sure all gaps are filled.

There you have it! An affordable and beautiful floral centerpiece that never wilts. We would love to see what you create. Please do post a photo and tag us on instagram so that we can all see!
