About LiNg's moment
Launched in March 2005, LiNg's moment was founded by Elaine Li and Sum Ng who belive communication is the ultimate key to unlock and delight the heart of human being. Communication also serves as the most powerful medium to trasmit LOVE. Our passion to enrich lives with efficient communication drives us to explore every goods, means and creative ideas to deliver meaningful messages and thoughts.

2. Shipping
Currently, LiNg's moment offer flat rate shipping ($6.95 for shipping to the United States and Australia and $8.95 to all other countries) to customers who make multiple orders. Orders may take up 15-30 days for delivery. Please notify our customer service if you require expedite shipping service.

4. Return Policy
LiNg's moment is proud to offer 10 days satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 10 days for a refund.
For items that have exceeded 10 days return policy, a 20% restocking fee will apply on returned item, unless the item was sent defective.
Please note that the return policy and 10 days satisfaction guarantee does not apply to custom made nature order, such as clay figurine. Since it is a made to order product, we do not accept return, exchange or refund. However LiNg's moment is responsible and liable to ensure such product is made and delivered to customer. Should the clay figurine is lost, stolen or damaged during delivery, LiNg's moment will send a replacement to customer at NO extra cost.
5. Submission to our Web Site
You may submit Content to certain portions of our Web site.
