PACKAGE DETAILS:
- Package: Free-standing ground flower arrangements x2, green vine x2, silver star balloon x1, 23" length ribbon x1, leaves branch with christmas ball x2.
- Size: The whole floral piece measures approx. 22" across by 41" tall, and the stand diameter is 6.5".
- Material: The flower arrangement is made with realistic silk and foam flowers in white and cream avalanche roses, white foam roses, champagne and gold glitter poinsettia flowers, gold and champagne christmas balls, silver stall balloon with organza bow, leaves and some accessories decoration.
- Cost-Effective: The flower arrangement is made with realistic silk and foam flowers, the best alternative to expensive fresh flowers and greeneries. They will stay beautiful all day, not wilting and turning brown, while their price is just 50% or less of the fresh flower. They can be good decorations for your home after your event.
- Note: The flowers may bend a bit due to shipping and packing, please softly knead the petals to help recover the shape.

RETURNS
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
